When an analysis finishes running, you’ll get an email notification that your analysis report is ready. You can click on the link in the email to view the report, or you can navigate to the report directly from your dashboard by clicking on the relevant analysis.
Let’s take a look at an example differential expression report.
On the first page, you’ll find interactive graphs and figures. Hover over the figure to download it as a vector or png image. Similarly, click the “export to csv” button to download data from tables.
Feel free to click around on the report to test out the various interactive features. Try adjusting the p-value, or searching for a gene of interest in the table. You can even label a gene on the volcano plot. Other reports have additional interactive features that we encourage you to try.
Lastly, if you’d like to do further downstream analyses on your data, additional files can be found in the “info” tab at the top of the report. Click on any file to download it directly to your computer to continue exploring your results.
