Error Description
You are getting this error because the Bam2Fastq analysis failed to create a sample. At the moment, there is only one solution listed below.
Solutions
Solution 1 - Check your free trial limit
Free trial users get a limited number of samples to upload (by default 6). Double check if you have reached that limit. If you have reached your free trial limit then consider setting up billing so you can pay to add new samples.
